The Berkeley Heights Democratic Municipal Committee consists of 2 committee members (1 male, 1 female) from each of the 11 voting districts in Berkeley Heights. Our Chairman is George Devanney.
The 2015 Democratic Municipal Committee members are as follows:
District 1 – Howard and Elizabeth Geminder. This district includes all streets in the vicinity of Woodruff Elementary School, which is your voting place.
District 2– Vacant – contact email@example.com to apply! This district contains much of the older portions of Berkeley Heights, including our downtown and all streets north of the railroad station (such as Washington and Summit Avenues). Your voting place is Town Hall.
District 3 – Steven Fudenna and Susan Poage. This district is composed of all streets on the left side of Park Avenue as you drive to Town Hall and the train station. Your voting place is Town Hall.
District 4 – Joseph A. Graziano, Sr. and Angela Devanney. This district contains all streets between Mountain Park Elementary School, Columbia Middle School and the Library. Your voting place is Columbia Middle School.
District 5 – Harvey and Bernice Feuer. This district contains Free Acres, the famous cultural community within Berkeley Heights, as well as most streets off of Emerson Lane. Your voting place is Mary Kay McMillan Preschool.
District 6 – Vacant – contact firstname.lastname@example.org to apply! This district includes Spring Ridge Drive , Hamilton Avenue and the “Presidential streets” like Harding, Coolidge and Wilson. Your voting place is the Berkeley Heights Firehouse.
District 7 – Frank Bolden. This district includes streets such as Timber Drive, and is directly adjacent to New Providence. Your voting place is the Berkeley Heights Rescue Squad building.
District 8– Will and Mary Leland. This district includes a large swathe of houses on the right side of Mountain Avenue as you drive towards Governor Livingston High School. All houses on Cinnamon Ridge and the Ridge Drive area, along with all homes between Snyder Avenue and Diamond Hill Road are in this district. Your voting place is Runnels Hospital.
District 9 – Daniel Bernier and Linda Brazaitis. This district is composed of all residents in Murray Hill, and includes the “Deserted Village”. Your voting location is Governor Livingston High School, at the top of Murray Hill.
District 10 – Stephen Yellin and Kendra Newman. This district covers houses in a triangle between Mountain Park, Emerson Lane and Cedar Green Avenue. Dogwood Lane, Lenape Lane, Lorraine Drive, Sherbrook Avenue and all homes next to Mountain Park are in this district. Your voting place is Mountain Park Elementary School.
District 11– Denis Smalley. This district consists of houses on the left side of Plainfield Avenue as you are driving towards Bonnie Burn Road, and houses on the right of Mountain Avenue as you are driving towards Runnels Hospital. Your voting place is Mary Kay McMillan Preschool (off Mountain Avenue).
